Depending on the project, you’ll be responsible for leading the UX and/or UI design tasks. Typically these will include desk research, architecture/process mapping, prototyping, and design of user interfaces. You will also lead human centred design activities, workshopping with clients and speaking with users in order to uncover insights and validate concepts.

Your day to day responsibilities include:

• Tackle challenging design problems using human-centered design activities at every step of the journey; from early concept to shipped code.
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas with key stakeholders and users.
• Create beautiful, world-class user interfaces used by millions.
• Champion user needs when negotiating technical and business decisions.
• Present your ideas and key deliverables to stakeholders and your peers.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries that streamline the design process.
• Mentor junior team members and help foster a culture of continual improvement.
